How to prepare:

  7. Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare:
Chop the potatoes into wedges.
Boil the potatoes in water in a saucepan for 10 minutes until they become soft.
Drain the potatoes after boiling them and place them on a baking dish, decorated with onions.
Mix butter, olive oil, and sugar in a bowl, add the mixture to the potatoes.
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees and bake the whole potatoes mixture for 20 to 25 minutes until the potato wedges become crispy.
As a final step, top up the salad with snow peas and parsley.
Your yummy potato salad is ready to eat!!!
